LOFT Design Company offers FREE National Shipping across Canada

Shipping times vary  throughout Canada. All of our TV Cabinets and accessories are shipped from our warehouse in the greater Toronto area using preferred LTL Freight carriers specialized in delivering furniture and other large, heavy items.

Typical shipping times are as follows: 

          3 to 5 Days:      Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal
          5 to 10 Days:      Vancouver, Calgary, Halifax, Saskatoon

Please note that the above shipping times are our average shipping times. Actual shipping times may occasionally vary based on external factors. Upon processing your product(s) order (within 48 hours of purchase receipt) we will share with you your tracking and shipping details. If there are any unexpected delays we will clearly communicate these to ensure you are aware of when to expect your order.

All said our shipping times are pretty FAST!

LTL Palletized Delivery:

Our deliveries are made with carriers using trucks equipped with tailgates who deliver your furniture on pallets to you. This is a preferred delivery method over courier shipping designed to protect your order. Our delivery partners will reach out to you to schedule delivery appointments prior to delivery once your items have shipped. All deliveries require a signature at time of delivery unless requested otherwise.

If appointment based LTL delivery is not available in your area, in remote regions, we use couriers such as FedEx, UPS and Purolator partners to deliver to your home.

Customer Signature Required:

All furniture orders unless otherwise specified require a customer signature upon delivery. We do this in order to protect you, ensure orders arrive safely and ensure accountability throughout the end to end shipping process.

All orders are dispatched within 48 hours for purchases made during the week. Orders place over the weekend are processed and shipped on Monday. Once your order is processed and released we will share with all tracking and shipping details.  

Inspect Deliveries upon Receipt:

Please ensure all deliveries are checked and inspected within 14 days of receipt for any damage. If the parcel you receive appears damaged we recommend you reject the delivery and contact us. If you have any questions, concerns or an issue with a recent purchase please contact our customer support who will promptly assist you at:

Please note that due to the ongoing impacts of COVID-19, our shipping ETAs have been longer than usual in some cases.

Warranty & Replacement Parts

Standard Policy:

Our manufacturer's warranty covers all and any defects in materials and workmanship for all parts and components for one year from the date of delivery. Please see our full warranty coverage below.

Replacement Parts:

We will replace all and any missing or malfunctioning parts at no cost to you. If you are missing any parts or components simply let us know by sending us a quick email at: info@loftdesigncompany.ca and someone will promptly assist you.

Reporting Damaged Shipment:

Please ensure all deliveries are checked and inspected within 14 days of receipt for any damage. We strongly recommend opening and inspecting your delivery immediately upon receipt. Shipping damage should be reported immediately. No Hassle Returns & Buyers Remorse:

We accept no-hassle returns  within 30 days of delivery. If for whatever reason you are not completely satisfied please contact us.
